- EMAIL or WRITTEN LETTER sent to HOA are the only official ways to contact the HOA board regarding an issue. We will always reply via email, and not in person as this keeps communication legal and easy to track. Verbal conversations with a board member, regarding an issue, is not an official communication or notification.
- If you have an issue/problem you believe the HOA should manage, please provide as much detail as possible including date and time of discovery, professional opinions you have gathered, pictures, and/or videos. Prompt communication of these items will expedite the process and actions.
NOTE: The sooner you report an issue, the quicker the HOA can handle the matter. The HOA email is monitored on a daily basis.
